Its the first fresh snow look, when no one has walked on it, and you are the first :D
I layered it on snowflake vellum, not as easy material to use as I've yet to find a double sided tape that is invisible.
The Marriane snowflake die works so nicely with this image :D

I created the two different collages from various elements in my digital collection.

With the fur on the outfit, I felt it would be lovely for a winter card.
Again, having to make a simpler card, I looked in my stash for pretty bits to work with the topper
The backing piece, is gold gilded butterflies, had it for ages and finally used it.
And I have a lovely set of butterfly cutting dies -
Simple little card, but really pretty too

In my craft stash I was gifted a set of lovely printed lilac flower toppers, really like the detail of the artwork, has a rubber stamp look to them
Has my hand has been quite sore of late, I've had to think of simpler cards to make, and this is one of those simpler cards.
The tag is one from a set of embossed stickers that I have in my stash
Pretty PO corners, I still have a collection of peel offs that I tend to forget to use now with using cutting dies so much
And the swirl was made with one of the XCut Flourish die set, they are thicker than my other flourish dies, so I find them easier to glue onto a card. Work really well cu out in glitter card :D

I decided that's what I would knit myself, a comfy house cardigan for the cold winter days - that I am sure we'll get in the UK this winter.
I had some lovely pink yarn left and a little bit of the charcoal yarn too. These two shades compliment each other nicely.
I use a free pattern, just slightly altered in how I did the colour bands, but that was due to how much charcoal yarn I had left -
The Free pattern is by Berroco - Helan Cardigan Pattern
This is the back/side view of the cardigan
The garment is big enough to allow layers to go under it, so should help keep me warm
The pattern was nice and simple, little bit of garter stitch for the edges and the reset stocking stitch
So much small detail n the rest of the topper too, it even gave me ideas for when I am making my own collages with digital art
I got a lovely embossing folder with a craft mag, earlier this year, and decided to use that on mirror board. The detail doesn't show well in the photo, due to mirror board reflecting back in photos
But the detail is lovely and works well on a festive card
The embellishment was made with the
I still very much enjoy using cutting dies, they add interest to my cards, and despite being expensive to buy, they do eventually save me money, as I can make lot of my own embellishments :D

The own is kinda cute, with those big button affect eyes :D
I liked the pattern in the body too, a great one for doing in 3D, though for this card I just used a single layered topper
The backing paper is lovely, subtle blue toned larger roses, really like that faded affect
The embellishment was made with a couple of my cutting dies -

So I created my own collage to use on a festive card, then made it into a 3D sheet.
The printing is subtle as I printed out on satin paper, I like the affect of this paper, just a shame that black won't stay on it!
To finish off the card I used two of my poinsettia cutting dies, and painted the pieces with cosmic paints. I combined the larger set with part of a miniature set to give the flower more layers

A really pretty, delicate floral design, I love the colours.
The original design came as a set of toppers on the craft CD, and eventually I'll get around to making them into 3D sheets
Just a simple embellishment to go with this lovely flower, using Tattered Lace Die Owl Trio, I really like these cute little owls, and the leaf design also comes with that set.
With having an injured hand for weeks, I had got very behind with my cards, and had a few birthdays coming up
So my cards have had to be a bit simpler, my hand is also not fully healed so cutting out is still a problem.

Decided to offer the toppers as separate images and the tags together on one sheet.
As always click on Image for larger version, then save to PC.
Just a note to those PC users that don't have a digital editor on their computer, you can download - for free - its called Paint.net. Its a Microsoft digital program that allows users to resize, recolour and apply other affects.
Brilliant for using digital artwork without the expense of getting a more advanced digital editing software :D
Hope crafters enjoy my creative collages

This one I created from a couple of elements in my digital stash, just love how the peacock works so well with the pansy backing design
I used a lovely embossing folder on the card layer, though only part of the pattern is in view
And the embellishment was made with a couple of my favourite cutting dies, and I used cosmic paints on both the elements.
I love the shades of blue in this card, as a clean, elegant feel

It's so cute, the little rabbit and those ever so cute mice
The 3D design is quite big, so doesn't leave much space on the size of card I normally make for any other embellishments
So I just used Marianne D Creatables Holly Branch cutting die - cut in glitter card - for the embellishment.
I still like using tags on my cards, I have a nice set of tag cutting dies by X Cut. Finding it hard now to get word Peel Offs, so I can see a future when I will have to use my word cutting dies to put sentiments on my cards
3 October 2015
Eventually I have decided to use this design on a card, I knew the colours would need to be very bright and bold to go with the colours in the design
I went for a muted green backing and a vivid green embossed layer :D
Worked better than I expected
The embellishment was made with leaves from one die set, and a lovely flower die set that I have forgotten the name of. It's one that will only cut out in paper, so I tend to have to paint the paper with my cosmic paints to give the flower a bit of strength and to hold its shape
Lovely bright card, and I hope it brightened up the day of the friend I gave it to :D

I made this festive card with a Debbi Moore design
This has a lovely fantasy feel and works well printed on satin paper, giving it a subtle effect. I have a big pack of satin printing paper, and do like the subtle affect you get with a printed image. Only fault is that black doesn't seem to take well on the paper, and often comes off. So I tend to use it mostly for designs with little or no black included.
The embellishment was made with a ribbon and a Marianne D Creatables Skates cutting die.
I do like the boldness of the different shades of blue, and this card could easily work as a winter birthday too
